Conference Registration

Pick up your conference registration materials at the MI-AWWA Registration Desk located at the Governors’ Hall Foyer on the lower level.

Conference registration hours are:

  • Tuesday: 2-9 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Thursday: 7 a.m.– 5 p.m.
  • Friday:  7–10 a.m.

Helpful Hint: Avoid the lines and pick up your registration materials on Tuesday. Name Badges are required for entry into all functions.

SWIE Chance Auction
The Chance Auction to raise money for Safe Water in Ecuador (SWIE) will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday. Money raised will support drinking water projects in Ecuador for indigenous communities in need of safe and reliable water.

Substitutions: If you are not able to attend, substitutes are encouraged.  Please email the substitution request to  Rates are based on membership status, so additional fees may apply.

Cancellations: If a substitute is not available to attend in your place, please notify MI-AWWA in writing by email to or by fax at 517-292-2912 attention Eric Johnson.

If cancelled after 4 p.m. on September 1, 2019 or if you are a conference no-show, there will be no refund.
